Whiplash, Acute or Chronic Muscle pain, Fibromyalgia, Chronic Pain Syndromes, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Frozen Shoulder, TMJ, Degenerative Disc, Degenerative Joint Disease, Strain/Sprain Injuries, Sciatica, Headaches and Migraines, Neck Pain, Back Pain, Motor Vehicle Accidents (MVA) Injuries, Digestive Issues and much more! Is Osteopathy covered under OHIP or Extended Health Care (EHC)?
Unfortunately, OHIP does not cover Manual Osteopathy Treatment at this moment. However, associations such as Ontario Osteopathic and Alternative Medicine Association, and Society of Osteopath of Canada does allow their members to offer patients the option to submit claims through their Extended Health Care (EHC) insurance.
